“This channel exists to fulfill the interests of those viewers like ourselves who cannot find good, intelligent surrealism in one reliable place. We showcase as much of it as we can find and 24/7, so if the weird, the beautiful, and the disturbing all intrigue you, stick around and enjoy the stream.”
Fenpenny Frenzy was a channel on Livestream that I came across sometime in the middle of June. It was a great place to go and watch some nostalgia bombs and have great conversations about movies with people. From Beetlejuice to Spirited Away to Courage: The Cowardly Dog, we watched a ton of good stuff. That is, until Fenpenny decided to elect three other people to assist in moderating the site. Suddenly, the movie nights weren’t as engaging as they used to, the content wasn’t being updated, and Fenpenny just stopped chatting after a while. Eventually, the channel was closed down since most of the content was copyrighted. Fenpenny created a backup channel for that reason, but as of this moment, the backup channel is still inactive.
It kinda inspires me to buy a projector, invite friends over and just watch a bunch of movies.

“The reason We’re Back: A Dinosaur’s Story has nostalgic power isn’t because of the dinosaurs, the children, the time travel, the big city, or the parade scene. It is simply because of Professor Screweyes, the devious, snarling psychotic whose carnival is built around the bastardization of the pure. What a character, and what a downfall, is his. I do not think I shall ever remove the image of the crow with his eye in its beak so long as I live.”- Fenpenny
